The purchase of a domain name through Domain Crafted conveys only the right to register and use that specific domain name through an accredited domain registrar.
Domain Crafted makes no representation or warranty that any domain name listed for sale is free from third-party trademark claims. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to conduct thorough trademark research prior to completing any purchase. This includes but is not limited to searching the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) database, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) database, and any other applicable trademark registries.
Domain Crafted does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or any connection to any trademark holder whose name, brand, or terms may appear within a domain name listed on this Site. The listing of any domain name containing trademarked terms does not constitute an assertion of rights to those trademarks.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts full legal responsibility for any trademark conflicts, disputes, or claims arising from their use of the purchased domain name. Domain Crafted shall bear no liability for any such claims.
All domain name sales are final. Once a domain transfer has been initiated, no refunds will be issued. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify all domain details, including spelling, extension, and trademark status, prior to completing a purchase.
Upon receipt of cleared payment, Domain Crafted will initiate the domain transfer process through the applicable registrar or escrow service. Transfer timelines may vary depending on the registrar and are outside the direct control of Domain Crafted. Domain Crafted is not responsible for delays caused by third-party registrars or platforms including but not limited to Afternic, GoDaddy, or Escrow.com.
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars. Domain Crafted reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of completed purchase is the final agreed price.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems connected to it.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Domain Crafted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of any domain name. Domain Crafted's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the domain name in question.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Domain Crafted, its owners, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your purchase or use of any domain name acquired through the Site.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.
Domain Crafted reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
